LMZ Cuisines signed a master franchise agreement with Tapa King Corporation Philippines in 2014 for developing the brand in the Middle East Market and since then has been serving eager Filipino foodies in the emirates with their favorite comfort dishes via 4 outlets.

 

In 1987, the first Tapa King was born along Gallardo Street in Makati. The idea was to give customers a rice meal alternative to hamburgers, hotdogs, and pizza – real Filipino comfort food that is filling and reminds you of your favorite home-cooked meals.  From its humble beginnings, the company has won over Filipino foodies with consistent quality products and excellent service through 30 years, serving Philippine-wide through 101 outlets.  The company started franchising in 1997 and has expanded internationally with its first global store in Singapore in 2010, with the UAE following suit in 2014.  Currently, Tapa King has the biggest network in the Fast-Casual Filipino Restaurant Chain sector in the world and is slated for aggressive growth in the coming years.
